Our Business Model

Our flexible business model enables us to staff each training and development project with the right personnel for that particular customer.

We use a core team-consultant model teaming full-time staff serving as project managers with more than 60 specialized consultants. This business model enables us to:

• Respond quickly and positively to a request for participation in a TOC;
• Keep prices low; and,
• Provide project-specific, expert staffing for each TMA customer.
