Training Development

Colleague Consulting designs technical and management training programs and workshops. Our approach to curriculum and workshop design is based on the industry-standard Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model. However, we augment the standard analysis-design-development-implementation-evaluation ISD approach with a strong up-front emphasis on project initiation and planning. We will assist you in deciding which training medium -- instructor-led, web-based, workbook, video-based or blended -- is appropriate for your people, your situation and your organization.

Training Delivery and Management

Once your course is developed, Colleague Consulting offers one-stop-shop training management services. We can assess your organization’s training needs, develop and present custom training to meet those needs or locate appropriate off-the-shelf vendors. Colleague Consulting offers complete training logistics support services including student registration and record-keeping support. Colleague uses proprietary database software to manage training delivery and logistics management services. This valuable tool ensures our ability to accurately track the details related to all of our course deliveries, including dates, locations, instructors, and schedules.
