Overview

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Training Management Assistance Contract (TMA) is a unique mechanism that is open to all federal, state, tribal, and local agencies with OPM TMA Team acting as the contract broker. Colleague is one of the select training and technical assistance contractors on the OPM TMA Indefinite Deliverable/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Federal, state, tribal, and local agencies can use this contract mechanism through an Interagency Agreement (IAA).

Why use the OPM TMA?

“The TMA process is painless. You don't have to write a Request For Proposals (RFP), research the market for resources, and wait for competitive bids. TMA handles it all. The start-up process is simple. All it takes is a Statement of Objectives (SOO) and an Interagency Agreement (IAA) between your agency and TMA.” Contractors on the OPM TMA have already competed and are pre-qualified.
