Colleague provides a comprehensive suite of customized training and professional development services from training needs analyses and competency development, to customized curriculum and course design development, delivery and evaluation. We design our courses to address the work-related competencies that participants need to improve their performance. Our courses rely extensively on experiential exercises and direct applications to ensure that our courses help participants to improve their job performance.
Colleague’s staff of instructional designers, graphic artists, and subject matter experts develop and deliver customized and off-the-shelf courseware in a variety of formats including instructor-led classroom based, fully online e-learning, synchronous interactive webinars, online collaborative learning, online self-assessments, and self-directed study. Our instructors, most of whom are former Federal executives and managers, are all recognized subject matter experts in their field. They are all are highly credentialed including certified Project Management Professionals (PMP®s), certified facilitators, and certified administrators of dozens of assessment tools. Over the past 15 years, we have taught over 15,000 Federal employees.
LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
Colleague is proud to be a Global Registered Educational Provider with the Project Management Institute (PMI). We are certified to provide 25 project management courses for PMI certification and continuing education credit, and offer a course designed specifically to prepare participants to pass the PMI PMP® certification examination. Our courses are also approved for National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.
