Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) Live, real-time instruction delivered via WebEx, Zoom/ZoomGov, or MS Teams. Participants interact with instructors and each other through video, chat, and hands-on tools. It's not a webinar — it's a classroom that happens to exist in your browser. 

Hybrid Training The best of both worlds, executed well. Our instructors and hybrid producers are trained to engage in-person and remote participants simultaneously — so no one is left squinting at a camera in the corner wondering if anyone can hear them.
