COTS Training

The pricing of our COTS training is maintained in our GSA schedule and primarily based on three factors: duration of the training, number of participants, and number of instructors. Our FY2023 single-instructor pricing is below.

We offer discounts on these prices for bulk purchases.

What’s included

Professional producers who remain inside the virtual classroom throughout the course and troubleshoot technical issues.
Slides, handbooks, cases, job aids, and activities.
For virtual trainings, we host the class on our customers’ behalf in MS Teams, Zoom, ZoomGov, WebEx, Adobe Connect, and other popular platforms.
We administer Kirkpatrick Level I and II assessments.
Every participant receives a completion certificate that denotes the completion date and CLUs.

What’s not included

Our COTS pricing does not include instructor travel for in-person training, customized course materials, or “one-off” behavioral assessments, like DiSC or FIRO-B. Contact us for a quote for these items.
