Colleague Consulting, LLC (also referred to below as "we", "us," "our," and “Colleague”) is a privacy conscious organization. This privacy policy explains how we protect your information collected from our website and communications.By using our website and/or receiving our communications, you agree to the use of such information in accordance with this privacy policy. 

Information collection

We may collect personal information when you interact with our website, such as if you sign up for our newsletter. Depending on the specific communication you are receiving, or the webpage you are using, such information may consist of your name, current job title, company address, email address, telephone number(s), correspondence with you, which newsletters you subscribe to, and other information you provide to us. Once we receive this information, we will then review it and determine whether we are able to match it to the information we maintains about you to verify your identity.

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to request information concerning any personal information you provide to us as part of an established business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes that we disclose to nonaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
